Following are the steps for downloading the application of the Bluetooth Rakhi (“App”) and using the Bluetooth Rakhi (“Rakhi”). For the purposes herein, unless the context otherwise requires, “You”, “Your” shall mean the Buyer/User of the Rakhi:
Step 1
• To download the App, You shall scan the QR code available on card attached to the Rakhi. The details of the steps to proceed are available on the App.

• For proceeding on the App, You would be required to enter your name and phone number. Subsequently, You will receive an OTP for verification.

• Post the verification, You will be required to enter your sibling’s phone number and connect the Rakhi to the App through the bluetooth.

• The effective functioning of App and Rakhi is subject to inclusion of all the above mandatory details.

• Rakhi is being supplied in “as is” condition as developed and manufactured by the entity, Inbox Creations.

When You use the App and Rakhi, we collect, receive, possess, use, store, handle, transfer, process and otherwise deal with personal information which is provided by You. Please visit the Privacy Notice of Mondelez to understand and acknowledge what we do with your information including your personal data. Please note that Your use of the App/Rakhi and/ or providing the information is deemed to signify your consent/agreement to the Privacy Notice as well and the necessary consent to what could be done with the information including personal data You provide as described in the Privacy Notice.

Step 2 & 3:

• Switch ON the Bluetooth of the phone, and connect the App & Rakhi
• Once the Rakhi gets connected to the App through bluetooth, You may record & upload a personalized audio message on the App. You can also use a pre recorded message sent by your brother.

Step 4
• Once you tie the Rakhi on the hands of the sibling, you can play the pre-recorded message through the App, if the Rakhi is within a range of approximately 10 feet from the phone.
• The functioning of this Rakhi is subject to bluetooth connectivity of the phone.
• The App & bluetooth of the phone must be switched on for functioning of the Rakhi.

• Bluetooth Rakhi is being supplied in “as is” condition as developed by ‘Inbox Creations’.
